Squeezing Time for God in a Hectic Schedule- Day 3: What Are You Listening to?

Day 3: What Are You Listening to?

So, how are you doing? Have you been reading His Word? Did you have some good conversations with Him? You are investing in your most important relationship and you will see the blessings!

As we are Squeezing Time for God in a Hectic Schedule let’s turn our attention to what you are listening to. I know listening to Christian music helps me keep an attitude of worship especially when I am driving. For example, you really sound terrible when you are singing some praise song one second and the next screaming at the driver in front of you.

Another benefit of listening to Christian music while driving is lowering my stress level. I have a 30 minute commute each way and I hate driving in traffic. Christian music and the carpool lane have really helped me.

Paul encourages us to “Sing and make music in your heart to the Lord.” (Ephesians 5:19b NIV)

Simple Steps:

Find a Christian radio station in your area. I listen to Family Life Radio, KLOVE or Air1.

Listen to Christian music while driving in your car.

Listen to Christian music while cleaning your house.

Watch and see what God will do in your heart.

I would love to hear from you. Please use the comment section to encourage each other. Living Bellissima is here to lift you up, join in the encouraging.

I LOVE Air1 and I also listen to K-love / family life. It is so amazing to me to fill my heart with worship songs and praise God even while mopping the floor 🙂
